"I thought it was about high time I e-mailed you to thank you both for a fantastic week in Arcos. We really feel that we had a totally 'personalised' service which was totally flexible to our rather vague daily agenda. To be able to turn up pretty much on a whim to such a friendly and helpful greeting was truely appreciated. In terms of the sailing I think we all got what we were looking for- plenty of practice, a lot of useful free advice and coaching, and a whole lot of fun [especially for the children who have already eclipsed their parents and are hopefully getting a healthy appetite for more of the same]. The Yellow House exceded our expectations and was the perfect distance from the pontoon. So all in all a big THANK YOU!
....... We can recommend the Yaguada de la Cartusa [spelling may be suspect]- they put on a really good show and not just for the out-and -out horsey types although Poppy was absolutely transfixed. I think they only do the show on saturday mornings so its important to go on the right day/time.

"Thank you for an excellent course. The relaxed approach was ideal to allow us to gain confidence without really being aware as to how quickly that was happening. We certainly did not anticipate being able in a race of any kind at the end of four days. .....The location was superb as was the water temperature . "Thank you for your welcome and support during our week with you, Dave and I had a brilliant time despite my total lack of confidence on the water.

Dave has been busy sanding and re-varnishing the wood on our otter, we have checked over the sails and rigging, have made a new rope bag and are now ready for a trip out on Rutland Water (hopefully this weekend). I have told Dave to bully me into helming every time we go out until I build up my confidence again and he will have to fight me for the tiller!
