FAIRWAY GARDENS:
Luxury townhouses in the centre of a world class, championship golf
course and only 15 minutes from the Sailing centre. The philosophy
for the Fairway Gardens townhouses is space maximisation based on
a modern-rustic design. Every home will cover 135 m2 built space
over two floors, with two en-suite double bedrooms - the master
suite with an upper floor terrace and the second bedroom a balcony.
The living area covers the whole ground floor maximising natural

are large, and both have en-suite bathrooms with under-floor heating
and high quality fittings. Check in and out is through the main
hotel reception.
